"We have reserved a table for middays, yet there was no option “because you had already cleansed up”. Since good weather and also the outdoor area was windproofed by glass walls, this was not a problem for the first time.A few tables were available and two were occupied.We waited approx. 20 minutes without a waiter looking, hand signs were ignored despite eye contact. I then went to the counter and asked for us to get the menus, then they were handed over more or less kindly. Some wanted to pay or also give up an order, but there was no waiter looking, these were, so we heard it out, rather busy decorating the restaurant and the outer surface for a later wedding or greeting friends/workmates. For this reason, even no lunch table should be offered today, perhaps for all, because the staff was overwhelmed, despite fewer guests and only 6 tables. Something later became very loud music, a loudspeaker was directly over us and on the neighboring table a small child was so shocked that with both hands it kept the ears and almost started crying. We and the other guests also felt the overly loud music more than disturbing and inappropriate!The child's father has risen and asked a waiter to make the music quieter. The answer from the waiter:’ But we have to test the music and the loudspeakers for tonight.” After a short conversation, the music was switched off, but it was constantly going on. Only when a second table has complained loudly, it was completely out.This reminds me of pubetarian young people who do not want to make the music quieter in the neighboring apartment.The culmination of the whole was then when a woman asked if she could smoke here. It was a closed outside area with little to no ventilation! To do that to his smoke-free guests is just three times!The food was ok for the price but not more. Partly too salty, the knives are too sharp and sauces too watery! I would not recommend the restaurant because of the lack of kindness and competence."
