"My father, two brothers, a friend, and I came to highlands on our motorcycles to eat something. When we drove through the city, everything looked very busy. Then we accidentally saw the Sky Pie Pizza. We could come in right away. The service was great and the pizzas were bigger. We liked Sky Pie enough to come back a few days later. Next time we climb to the rear of the dragon, Moonshiner 28 to Highlands and Sky Pie will be a must to go.! As a supplement, I only read a few of the bad reviews that only 3 of the Sluder person or persons. Wow, this is very against our experience. We also met the owner, a cool motorcycle type. If you get the chance, go and you 'T BE DISAPPOINTED!"

"We enjoyed hanging out here--the service was great and the beer was tasty!I guess I was expecting more of a traditional brewery atmosphere, but this place really gives off more brew pub than brewery if that makes sense. Not a good or bad thing, just something to be aware of!"

"Had dinner here, only seat available was on the patio- no problem- there were heaters (it mid-October). Asked the server if he could turn on the heater- his reply- we are out of propane (there is a gas station 50 paces from the restaurant), ok no worries. Ordered the soup- it was cold, ordered the charcuterie board- NO crackers, no bread. Asked if there bread- server replies- bread service is always separate ... really? So you serve a cheese, meat and fruit board- that also comes with jellies- but no bread?? Then suddenly he realized what he was saying made no sense, he indicated he would speak with his manager. A few minutes later he returned and said they left the chips off and they were making some... 10, 15 minutes later he returned with chips- they were fine but did not properly accompany the meats and cheeses. VERY overpriced.... felt forgotten... glad when dinner was over. Will not return."

"After spending all day at the beach it's a blessing that Francescos Pizzeria is conveniently located practically adjacent to the beach. The typical pizza and pasta fare is offered here. I tried the spaghetti and sausage with red sauce while my boyfriend stuck to his classic chicken tenders with a side of fries."

"Absolutely love this place, although it has changed over the years to a more concentrated and faster experience? makes it perfect for those who want very high quality fast. Hot breakfast, fantastic pizza made to order, curated wine selection and on and on. This is not the place for those looking for cheep groceries. We go every other day when cooking in highlands instead of home when we're not out. Very recommended"
