In October we find ourselves looking for a restaurant in Immenstaad on Lake Constance: The streets are abandoned, many doors closed or the menu is repulsive. But there is a light on the main road and people. In fact, the Il Centro, an Italian. It's well visited. We enter: warmth, cafe, pasta, barbecue and roasted flavors. The senses tremble an oasis of good life. But is there another place? Quickly asked, short answer, quick decision and the last free table for two people is colonized. The service is almost at the same time: Prosecco, water and beer come quickly to our table. The menu runs through, targeted, the stomach signals urgency, but push between, erase thirst, rinse dams, decide. Zerberuz prefers a pizza with a number of special wishes, I choose the rccolasalate with tomatoes and parmesan and the grilled Calamaris with pasta.
