"Overall it's a good location, normal Panera. Only thing I'll say is that this location had many tables that were dirty, ground was dirty, bathroom was dirty. So it makes me nervous when the front of the house (dining area) is dirty because what does the back of the house (kitchen) look like. My food was good, drinks good, ordering service good, just needs some help cleaning and this place would be 5 Stars. Currently 4/5 Stars."

"Panera, not sure how it's a $7.00 salate. there are more croutons than there is salat, we have also ordered chicken soup that is disappointed from what I can say is only chicken broth, no sweet or pasta. food: 2/5"

"I work nearby and my colleagues always want soup or salad. Ordered 3 of each plus more and my order ended up missing 2 soups. Instead of soup, they gave me tortilla strips? Extra dressing for salad was not included either and feta cheese and pecans were missed on my salad. They definitely skimp out on their portions at this location, my salads are always half full and for the price per salad, that's disappointing! I repeated my order to the employee 3 times and my food was still forgotten. $95 order, and now we have to go back because they aren't willing to travel across the street to deliver the missing food. Will not be going back."

"I have food allergies and usually do not eat in panera. the woman who took my order was unfriendly, unhelpful and generally not interested in helping me find out something on the menu, I could certainly eat. when I asked if I could replace an ingredient with something else, her answer was like? I don't know, man, you don't work here. Anyway, I have my food, the taste and the textures were good, but for the amount I'm definitiw not worth $18. also there were only two tiny chicken pieces that were very disappointing. I ate it. it was good, but could have been 60% better."

"I just ordered from here after a long day. Asked for a gluten free bun which I paid for and upon coming home there is literally just a chicken paddy in my bag. I called to ask what my options are and a lady named precious... Told me I can get back in my car in the 9 degree weather and drive to get a new bun. After a long day I just wanted to come home and relax so I said this is not an option. I pleaded with her for a manger and she said I am a manger and put me on hold to ask about a policy. Now I'm told I can go back after 11 during my lunch break) to reclaim the small amount chick FIL a took. I'm really disappointed because I used to enjoy coming here with my dogs... I will not be going here and highly recommend you go to the location on Yale and Colorado. It's not much further and the staff is highly competent. If any mistakes arise they compensate you. This location on Hampden however is not a good place to spend your money. Would give it 0 stars. Take the extra 30 seconds to hold up the line and check your food. Better than this."
