"We went to the one in Altrincham, my partner had the butter milk chicken burger, which was tough, grey and warm at best, obviously been kept in a hot hold, I had the chilli burger, stupidly thinking that chilli meant beef chilli, not a couple of slices of a chilli, again it was obvious that it had been kept warm, and not cooked to order, altogether a very disappointing meal for the price, don't get me wrong , I don't mind paying more for quality, we love places like 5 guys which is an expensive burger, but they cook to order and it is totally worth the money. won't be returning here."

"Had roasted a nice evening on Sunday, eating was delicious, the portions were huge, the staff was really friendly accommodating. I had the veggie roast option it was really nice, it was great, a part as big as the carnivores, it could even have been a little bigger! really nice experience, thanks!"

"Haven't visited in around a year. It's a shame to say the quality of the food has gone downhill while the prices have skyrocketed, I understand we're in a cost of living crisis but come on £30+ for 2 meals drinks? It's cheaper to order a takeaway from almost anywhere else! The quality of the meat, in particular the sausages was much poorer than it used to be, very obvious they're using cheaper ingredients now despite price rises. Waitresses however were both very pleasant, helpful welcoming. Interior is also nicely decorated too, although if anything a little bit cramped. Seems they've ditched the table service too as you now have to go to the counter to order pay before you eat. Save your money go elsewhere."

"Please allow me to add my bit to the overall rating. Actually, I'm surprised I'm letting you say that. I was in other caffes in the juweler district, but this one is actually standing for me. because it doesn't cost them 10€ to the breakfast and what they get is definitely more than what they pay. £5.50 for a breakie, and pate is loaded. I know you say it's just a breakie, but how many times did you fail? it is a simple task, but as the first meal of the day they want it well done and it is the prizes are great staff is super beautiful. in any case comes back."

"I have ordered food from here while at work on a Monday to Friday and food is delivered promptly with no problems. However, delivery times for a Saturday is an absolute joke. I ordered a breakfast at 12:26 PM on Saturday via Just Eat, after waiting an hour and 20 minutes I phoned them to find out where the delivery was and I was told that I was next on the list so I asked them to cancel it because it would be at least another half an hour before it arrive making a grand total of 2 hours wait. At 2:50 PM I received a telephone call to say my delivery was at the door for me, by then I had made myself something to eat, eaten it and washed it up! DO NOT ORDER FOOD ON A SATURDAY UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO WAIT A LONG"

"Called in on Tuesday morning we were the only 2 customers in there think the prices have gone up but definitely not the standard's Coffee was instant but not a good brand Breakfast I had scrambled egg which was overcooked and waterry mushrooms greasy beans...barely warm sausage was alright My partner had fried egg with his breakfast which was overcooked and hard yolk which shouldn't have been sent out if she had any pride in her job After all we were the only 2 people in there so it should have been perfect which it definitely wasn't shell not be returning"
