"The crab cakes were a frozen too much breaded mixture with no meat. I even asked before I ordered and was told they were meaty. The shrimp were starting to get mushy. The egg and potatoes were the best part of my meal. Not sure if I will give them a second try. They are pricey for the quality and quantity."

"Had the fried pickles and they were super mad, almost mad that you couldn't eat them and I love dill pickles. I had ordered the hamburger steak with grilled onions/peppers and speck bits. now, I got it and my tweepers / paprika were not even grilled and they lazily square bacon strips up. it would taste so much better if they were actually boiled and cut thin. hubby had the fried fried steak and it was really hard! fairly sad when they say they have the best in the city! well, all I can say is that I really enjoyed my sweet kartoffel, but dislike as it says on the menu, it is a regular page not a premium. we never come back to the final. one and ready."

"Thus one car/one order while everyone else has to wait policy needs to be updated. Chic-Fil-A is a great example. McDonalds, Sonic, Whataburger have all figured that out. Even DQ will ask customers to pull up so the next car can be served. Not Arby's, one car at a time no matter the wait for those in line behind."

"We tried their new fried pickles. They have a new twist (at least to me) The pickles were sliced like fries and had a kick to them. I definitely recommend them. I had the lunch special (1/2 lb burger, fries (sweet potato) and an ice cream cone (chocolate waffle cone) The food was great but the service was great! The waitress (sorry I forgot to ask her name) she was excellent. She had great energy and a quick wit. She also truly concerned about our well being. So, do yourself a favor and stop by Lucy's soon!"
