"Mid-week, supper-time, not overly busy. Service was friendly and prompt.Fresh bread and olives well-received while we reviewed menu. Crispy chicken fingers with fries appear to be home-made, not industrial clones. Pork back ribs with roasted potatoes praised. Pork side ribs ... large portion, spicy but should have had the side ribs.Understand what they offer, where they are and the prices, and set your expectations accordingly."

"Amazing roasted chicken. They also had the amazing roasted potatoes made in pimento sauce. They stopped making them and that made me a little up set. The quality of food and quantity of food is great and priced fairly."

"Been here many times lately because I believe they have the best shawarma in London. I've only had their pizza a couple of times and it was fine, it wasn't greasy or soggy. Every time I've went there, I haven't had any issues. I would...recommend the chicken shawarma with fries inside of it. They wrap the pita bread with sajj bread, and dip everything in a little bit of oil (then press it against fire) to keep the sandwich together and everything tasting amazing. I could see how there were negative reviews before it was probably because the two young men were just learning everything."

"My wife and I stopped in this restaurant as we have never eaten here before and needed to have a late lunch. we were surprised at the cost of ordering 2 sandwiches with an order of fries $16 (2 turkey sandwiches). the bread was fresh and of a better quality but I don't think that the over priced sandwiches match the fast food restaurant style environment"

"We thought we skip into this place for a quick lunch after shopping at Winners. 1st time there and we won't be back. Very expensive for what we had. 2 pops sweet potato fries and the brisket tacos. There was only a tablespoon of meat on the tacos and hardly any fries. No one came if we were happy with the food and we had to ask for the bill. It sure didn't look like the pictures on the website."

"I usually avoid chain restaurants like this, but I was meeting with a couple of friends who wanted wings here. It took a long time to get our food and when we did my friends had to return their wings as they had not been dressed, they were plain. Our server handled this professional enough and with no complaints. However, even my BBQ chicken club sandwich just seemed plain and could have been better and as normal at these chains I find the food overpriced. Anyways I wouldn't go back here and I will not recommend this place."
