What User likes about Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill:
Food was typical Kelsey's meal. Unfortunately the open ceiling designs in restaurants these days make them a very noisy environment. Now our waitress was simply amazing...catered to my 84 year old father like he was her own father. She was constantly there checking on him and filling his coffee or our drinks. She was cheerful and helpful. This girl will do very well as she understands customer service. BRAVO. View all feedback.

I usually avoid chain restaurants like this, but I was meeting with a couple of friends who wanted wings here. It took a long time to get our food and when we did my friends had to return their wings as they had not been dressed, they were plain.
