"3 Stars Good: Spouse: I 'm hungry. Me: Hold on; let me make... Spouse: Can we get Chinese? Me: [no complaints] Comfort food at its finest at least, for me. This was our go to in PDX when we were craving Chinese. We found them during COVID, so wedidn 't actually eat there. However, they were a 9 minute walk from the house. Always good. Always. Super fast and large portions too large for just me. I took my parents by when they visited PDX, and my mom still won 't drop how good the sesame balls were.Give 'em a try. Recommendations: sesame balls, chow mein, beef miso (massive bowl that feeds 4ish)"

"Was excited to find a place that served Chicago dogs in Portland. Like many of these reviews commented, this place is absolutely filthy. As well, that was so not a Chicago dog in any way shape or form. The frank itself was akin to an oscar meyer, no nuclear relish, no celery salt, no tomatoes, no pickle spear, no sport peppers. It was just a terrible hot dog with italian beef peppers on it. I opened the wrapper and just left it for a homeless guy. I hope it didn't kill him."

"Skyline restaurant could probably be described as a west coast diner. The menu is extensive and laminated on the table, portions are huge and prices are reasonable. The chocolate milk shakes are thick and creamy with a good balance of syrup and ice cream. It was thick enough for a spoon but still capable of using a straw. The hamburgers come in 1/4 and 1/2 lb size and also as double patties for each. There are lots of variations to satisfy many tastes. The French fries are extra but well worth the $3,50 cost and plenty for two. Service was fast and friendly. There is a covered outdoor space for dining and 4-5 tables inside. The place was crowded with a good take out flow even at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The only downside would be the bathrooms... not the cleanest I've ever seen. Skyline is definitely worth a stop... and come hungry."
