"This experience was horrible- I made my reservation on open table and just a few min before our reservation time I got a text message saying they had overbooked and our reservation was canceled no alternate time offered or any solicitation provided just canceled. I called back repeatedly, and sent a return text, and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply until after our reservation time had passed. Due to the location of this restaurant, halfway up a mountain, it was not as though our party could easily just pop over to another place. What a disappointing experience for the restaurant and for OpenTable who implies that your reservation, once confirmed is guaranteed."
