"Not sure how this is rated so high and why reservations are required. we went for a Valentine's Day that expected to give our names, and a table would wait for us per reservation protocol. they told us to sit wherever we liked, what was good, and we didn't even have to give our names. the service was also average. was not bad, but see how it was later busy, they get a fit here. if they make a reservation here, this is what to expect: average Thai food. mediocre service. terrible ambience TVs everywhere, wires dangling, ruffled windows, bad is a few minutes to foot around the building, so they expect that their company expects their return one of 5min minimum. prices were not in line with the level of food quality, but corresponded to expectations of an average Thai restaurant. my recommendation is neutral."

"Great looking location. Interior and outdoor food. I always enjoyed the curries here. I'm going to Curry in every Thai restaurant is the red curry. The consistency of the curry is always the same and never too watery as some restaurants I was. Just a suggestion if you serve the fried egg rolls as an appetizer, please for the sauce they serve with the bbq spits (entree). The sauce strengthens the taste and was a really good combination. Good overall experience."

"Ordered the Ultimate Papaya Platter and it was perfect for three people. The Crispy Pork Belly was definitely a highlight. It was perfectly crispy when you take a bite. The ribs and chicken wings were also very good."

"Worst customer service I 've experienced in years, anywhere. I was shopping to make a seafood stew, looking for 2 lbs of cod fillets. I had to wait, while there was no one else around. Fine, no big deal. I was having a relaxing morning, so I don 't mind. The cod looked kind of thrashed, and there was only a bit of it. Finally, he asked what I wanted. I asked if there was more cod in the back, and that I needed two pounds. He said, Yeah, we got more. and proceeded to pick up the sad-looking fillets, plop them on the scale, said, That it? I looked at the scale, which read 1.75 lbs. Uh, no, could i get more, from the back? He stomped off like he was doing me a favor, got back, plopped a huge piece on the scale, said, That it? I looked at the scale. It was 2.55 lbs. Um, could I get 2 lbs? So could you take some off the fish from the bottom, and leave the thicker pieces? It looks fresher. He looked at me, rolled his eyes and said It all comes from the same place, in the same shipment! I was taken aback, so I just kind of stood there, wondering what to say. Finally, he said, You want to make it 2 pounds? Yeah, that 's great. He took off the top piece, it came out to 1.93. I said That 's fine. He slapped the fish down at the counter. What a terrible feeling he left. It really sucks, because I didn 't do anything wrong. I will never shop there again, even though it 's convenient."

"My partner took me here for our 8 month anniversary because he knew that I really like Thai food, and I was not disappointed! The interior of the restaurant is beautifully modern with additions of Thai decorations. Definitely a nice place to take someone on a date or with family. For the appetizer, we ordered the Thai curry puffs. They were lightly crispy, flaky, and the filling had a strong curry flavor with a hint of sweetness. Paired with the included sweet chili dipping sauce, this was a delicious way to start off our dinner. For the main courses, we ordered Drunken Noodles, Panang Curry with coconut rice, and Thai-style crispy pork belly with sticky rice. The drunken noodles were so flavorful, with the iconic wok flavor that complimented the dish so well. The pork belly was well seasoned and fried with a deliciously crispy exterior. The Panang curry was personally my favorite dish out of all the dishes we ordered. You can really taste the flavor of the kaffir lime leaves which tasted so well with the coconut milk that was in the curry. Overall, I enjoyed everything that we ordered at Monkey Thai. Everything was extremely flavorful and the portions were really good for what you're paying for. Service was very smooth and our waitress was very friendly and checked in on us occasionally which was nice. I would definitely come back if I'm craving Thai food!"

"The food here was excellent and the service outstanding. The restaurant was very clean and prettily styled. Parking was easy in back.My friend ordered the pork fried rice and it was a big portion of fried rice with a big helping of roast pork next to it, and it was very tasty. My other friend and I had the pork belly with roast duck and it was amazing! The portions are large but not too crazy and the sauces had a lot of depth.Their potstickers were also delicious and you could taste the fresh ginger. We received a free strawberry ice cream dessert and it tasted homemade.I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Wonderful atmosphere, all kinds of people, families with kids, friendly servers, celebratory feeling. Food good and plentiful. Onion soup delicious but not hot enough. Apple strudel phylo crust tough. Sauerkraut and mashed potatoes with pork shank outstanding comfort food. Will return."
