"Letters is a great location that is a great hotel, casino and is right next to the congress center. the menu is modern Australian with French flair. The Pandora Red Skalopps were fantastic, the wagyu for one was beautiful with the mushroom sauce. the wine menu is good. the staff was ok, a waitress was nice polite and very professional, but there were two waiters who were very healed and everything seemed difficult. decor is modern and open."

"At Carmichael's, my husband and I enjoyed fine dining at its finest. I had the crocodile medallions and Mark went with the cauliflower steak. The sticky rice came with wattle seeds and so did the Panna Cotta. In fact, every item on the menu,...had indigenous ingredients. A BIG thumbs up for Lachlan, our ever attentive waiter!!"
