"Fine dining pretend The White House is a beautiful restaurant in a heritage building with a show kitchen and all the trappings of a fine dining establishment. The atmosphere is excellent, but for everything else, from service to food, there 's still room for improvement. It started pretty bad when my choice of wine (one of the house wines) was not available.This should not happen in a restaurant with high ambitions. But in a real fine dining restaurant with a good management, had such a faux pas occured, it would have been fixed by a complimentary upgrade to the next bottle of the same grape and country of origin. Problem solved, customer happy. But here the clueless waitress suggested me a bottle with completely different characterics than the one i asked for. Again, this should not happen, if you don 't have a clue, don 't make recommendations. Anyway, we finally ordered our food, one menu 'Alsace ', salmon sashimi and the trio of foie gras (let me check if this is available first, sir...hum). The food at the White House is interesting and creative, Japanese-Mediterranean fusion, and it 's obvious that the young chef is talented and bold, even if not all dishes worked well (foie gras and blue cheese don 't go together well). I really enjoyed the salmon sashimi, the glazed pork belly and the japanese cheesecake. The biggest disappointment was the aforementioned foie gras which i 'd really been looking forward to, but which simply didn 't work for me. Prices for food and wine are reasonable for such a fancy restaurant and the quality of the ingredients, however, service and consistency of the food could and should be improved"

"One of the most delicious Native Chicken served here in Davao City Clean and orderly offers the savvy taste of chicken and kinilaw with gata. Locations wise- you need to take a cab. the staff and guard is very attentive fast service They don't have a menu board, but you can get along without it. All waiters are male, how discriminating The window in their comfort room is not comforting, check it out. Thank you Conching native Lechon manok"

"The feeling that you get when you are looking for something to eat that is close to home and kind of familiar with, is what Sarsa delivered through its food. The beef kaldereta is a winner. Sarsa palang ay ulam na! (The sauce is a dish in itself). How I wish portion is more generous though. Tried the grilled tuna belly as well and the salsa on it gave a new twist to this dish. Just the comfort food we need after our series of meeting in Davao. Definitely, will try their grilled pork on our next visit."

"We came all the way from Pampanga and decided because of TripAdvisor reviews to have a late lunch here as it presents good food with good value. I must say that you get what you pay for. Although the prices are cheaper that the large chain ramen houses in the malls, the quality leaves much to be desired. The food is ok but definitely not worth the trip. see the images attached. Not coming back."
