"This restaurant deserves a better waitress! Hopefully the owner feels the same after our feedback on the evening itself. We arrived at nine in the evening and were set at the table. Two of our other friends arrive a little later but the blond waitress thought it was necessary to tell us that if our friends were to drunk we would have a problem. Secondly after 10 min she returned and said if they should arrive soon because the kitchen closes at 10 (it was 9.15 by then), they couldn't eat anymore. Several other issues and examples of rudeness happened and just to much to tell here. At the end of the evening we thought it would be helpful and fair to give her and her colleagues Cristoff (who did a Fantastic job, he made us laugh about the situation and did the best he can to save what he could save of this drama experience). The waitress said after our feedback of her poor service: I never get complaints from my other customers and some customers I don't have to see back in this restaurant! We were flabbergasted! We told the owner the same as mentioned above and hopefully he makes a smart decision and fire her."

"We booked in here for dinner on our chalet hotel's staff day off. At 6:30pm it was not full but the time we left they were turning people away. We had a seat in the window which allowed us to eat, drink and watch the world go by. The Austrian food was excellent especially the steak with fried onions or the ribs, both fantastic. It is centrally located and a easy walk from the bus stop at the top of town."
