"Had amazing meals there many times. Sadly the place closed. Sharky's in Rogers had the best value for modern Mexican style food, it was clean, not crowded and the staff were nice. Loved their sangria and nachos. Perhaps the owners would consider reopening in another location?"

"I had a great experience here! The owner is very kind and so was the manager. I had an open house down the street and they were nice enough to let me advertise for it the couple hours it was open. I stopped in and ate some food after and got the tacos and beans and rice and my mom got the chicken soup. It was delicious! All of the staff are very nice. It's a very well put together establishment!!"

"It was too expensive and was not worth waiting. this is based on a simple appetizer that I thought (even during the busy hours) would not be more than 5-7 minutes than preparing a supplement to the cheese dip. apparently I was wrong, as it takes 10 minutes to add chorizo together with grilled vegetables to an already prepared cheese dip! I was even told that I would wait in my vehicle (bus) and bring it to me. after my 12-minute waiting time I went back in and my order sat on the side waiting for me to enjoy. I would have 'examined and was willing to go a better review on the basis of the courtesy of a coworker who had an individual with a big job until it was my turn and I'd get equal treatment. it may have been a bad day based on the fact that it was the only restaurant open and they were more business than usual or something else. but now I give him an assessment of 3 only because of what I saw the courtesy of a coworker and not ordered on my service or article that was received much over price for the carry. in the rule, if I order the cheese from everywhere that is of special order, has at least half of the container or more filled. it barely reached the half when the container and the container is actually closed properly, which lead to some spills into the bag in which it was placed."

"We had been here before and had a better experience. However, on this night we knew what we wanted ahead of time as we had looked at the menu online. We ordered our drinks and appetizer from the start. We were brought out water first. My wife's glass had lipstick smeared on the rim of her glass. The server took back to bartender who laughed as he handed her another glass. Next we ordered our dinner meals. We waited and after a drink and a half were brought our dinner. We asked about our appetizer and server replied that she had forgot. At this point it didn't make sense to wait on an appetizer with our meal in front of us. We ate most of our dinner but needed boxes to go. At this point our server apologized, went to speak with her mgr who offered a free dessert. We declined. We didn't want dessert and were full even if we did. We asked about some sort of discount, maybe in the amount of what a dessert cost? Dirty water glass, forgotten appetizer, never saw or spoke to the mgr personally?? The server again went to speak with the mgr and she informed us that he/she reluctantly okayed the discount of $4.50 from our $70 meal. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Our server was ok, checking in on us frequently and friendly, she just completely forgot our appetizer and never noticed the red lipstick on water glass. The food was mediocre and took way too long to arrive on a very slow night with very few patrons near closing time. Management was where the biggest disappointment was. They acted very unprofessional in my opinion in having the server smooth things over and being their middle man instead of introducing themselves and offering an apology in person for the poor standards at their restaurant. We expected much more from this gastropub. There are many, many, other dining choices in NWA where they know how to treat and retain their patrons."
