"Sorrel never disappoints. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. We love Barry, our server extraordinaire. Great menu selection with daily specials. The duck confit, beef short ribs and fish are among our favorites. Great wine list. Sorrel continues to be one of our go to restaurants.  We’re excited for the opening of their new wine bar next door. "

"The taste of the food was fantastic. But I don't know if we'd come back. The price is ridiculous for some plates. My husband had to order a page to go with his steak because it comes alone. That's strange in our books, and a small bowl of percussion potatoes should NOT cost $18, if the steak was alone $50. My pasta was full and I would order it again. Even almost every chic dinner we have done to do bread, but not this place. We didn't order drinks because it was too expensive. I also explained my fish allergy and they still brought our Caesar salad with the full anchovy above. For a starter salad (which we shared), a steak, side potatoes and my pasta it was almost $150. No great impression. Our server was nice, but he hasn't given us much attention for about 20 minutes after we had made our meals and you could say that we waited to get closer."
