"If you like delicious local food this is the place to eat at Laguiole. Yes, it is crowded but service is fast and very attentive. We had the faux fillet for two people accompanied with French fries and a hearty portion of aligot as well as the accompanying sauces and the local L’Aubrac beer. The meat was perfect and the aligot which is velvety mashed potatoes with cheese and garlic amazing. There is also a small shop that you can buy local products. Don’t miss this place!"

"Menus at a good range of prices considering the quality of the food. I went for the top end menu, which consisted of foie gras, escargots, sardines, fish (St Pierre), veal, fresh goat's cheese and a strawberry dessert, all of which I have eaten before...but all with twists and combinations that I had not experienced before. Portion sizes for this tasting menu were just right, and the presentation was beautifully executed. I stayed here mainly for the food and was not disappointed. Good wine list with some wines by the glass and some half bottles, always useful for the solo traveller. Service was excellent."

"Le hasard nous a conduit sur ce domaine repris depuis peu et nous a permis une bien heureuse découverte.Excellent repas de l'entrée au dessert avec de très bons produits. Félicitations au chef! Tout est parfait et une mention spéciale pour le plateau de fromages qui sort des sentiers battus de l'Aubrac.Service et accueil très sympathiques et prestations de qualité, le tout dans un cadre très agréable.Expérience à renouveler !"
