"Cocktails are great. I had the Moon River Mule—a Rishi ginger tea infused vodka mule. Yum. The food is fine. Pretty greasy. There isn’t much meat in the kung pao chicken, but that was ok because the veg was plentiful and decent. The service has been lacking the last two times we’ve been there. We’ll continue to go, but just be advised that you shouldn’t expect great service."

"Outstanding atmosphere, well crafted cocktails, and delicious meals. The appetizers were understated in their description, they were lovingly created with the high quality ingredients and very satisfying. The menu was diverse, playful, and did not fail to deliver. The wagyu ribeye melts in your mouth. Service was excellent, always present when you needed something, but never overbearing. This is one of Milwaukee’s true hidden gems. Don’t miss out!"

"More than what they expect from a normal bar. the menu here is very generous and will not disappoint foodie. two things I like about this place. first it is very convenient, on more than just one aspekt. it is convenient to go, convenient to park, convenient to order. the second is the wide and diverse menu. the menu is inspired by the Irish cuisine, but also slightly untraditional at the same time. the square offers several seating options, including a terrace in the open. whether they prefer dark ambiente or bright, they find a real place for them. the service is very good. fast and attentive. not complaining here. I like their French friends. the reuben are fantastic. everything we tried here was definitiw about okay. I'll be back."

"Nice enough restaurant, but way too noisy. Food very good but not outstanding. I'd flagged our group as celebrating a birthday (my grandson's 19th), but the waiter told us they didn't do anything for special occasions -- a disappointment since the question was asked when I made the reservation through Open Table. A bit on the expensive side, but I suppose that's to be expected on a warm summer weekend night."

"Questionable at first, but ok in the end. OK, to be fair we arrived to eat at about 3 pm on a Sunday. We were greeted immediately by someone behind the bar and were seated in the first room, where I noticed no one else was seated. And then we waited. And waited. I got up to look for someone to at least hand us menus and found lots of other people in other rooms, but no waitstaff... I returned to the table and the bartender passed by and we stopped her and told her we'd seen no one. She was horrified, took our order, and everything was fine after that. "This is the dining of the pub with the finest. When this place was in Seattle or Portland, it would be the coolest hipster spot in the city. I do not think that's what you went here, and I imagine it was so for decades. Although it is a limited menu of Americana, do a great job of it."
