"Today with 11 friends for lunch. we welcome very friendly at the door where our weights were taken and hanged for us. our server have imagined one for each side of the table. they were extremely attentive and very friendly...and helpful. they can combine their escape with a starter or dessert for $16 or they could have all three courses for $20. the entries are worth $11 to $14. I started with gravlox, the arktiscarbon with fennel and orange salad with homemade potato chips on the side was cured. delicious and an excellent presentation. many warm homemade brot was served in baskets along with crimped butter. for my entrée I chose steak frites. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked to perfection and one of the best steaks I had in a long time. we didn't even need steak knives because the steak was so tender. it was served with soot jam, béarnaise sauce and thymian fenced fries. the portions were very generous, so I had not dessert, but those who were very satisfied with them. they have a wine card and special coffee. everything is made by culinary students who also turn away as server etc. in the house. we got a tour through their kitchen that was immaculate and an additional tasty bite for us. I will definitely be back here as I am sure my friends will be and I recommend it very much. on Wednesday evening they are open on Tuesday and Thursday for lunch."
