"Starters were promising but main course was TERRIBLE, REALLY TERRIBLE. We asked for medium entrecôte. What came was barely cooked, fatty and hardly warm enough to allow the "special Dom butter" to melt. Really one of the worst meals we have had in our beloved Saas-Fee. The waiter sighed, crashed and banged his way through the whole evening. No value for money whatsoever. Positioned as a premium experience but it really wasn't. We would recommend going to somewhere better like "The Mistral" or Chuestall instead. Don't waste you money on the Dom."

"We visited Zur Muehle for an evening meal when our hotel's restaurant was closed. We booked a table outside which has incredible views of the mountains and glaciers. The food was delicious. Myself and my travelling companion, both had different fine dining versions of a traditional Swiss Rosti. Mine was a Rosti with a beef sausage, red wine sauce and onions and I enjoyed every mouthful. The staff in this restaurant were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend visiting here on a stay in Saas Fee. Make sure to book ahead to get an outside table as these are snapped up very quickly due to the restaurant's location."
