"This review is of PD3 by Blake, the converted bus on Main St. There are two different eateries in town and the website has a banner “Try being informed, instead of just opinionated”. Seriously? I have walked by this place many times and finally decided to try it. Local beer not available. Had to have an import – no big deal, all beer is the same price… (I ignored this first warning sign…) Reasonable wait. We had fish tacos and chicken tacos with pretentious sounding names. The chicken in the taco was lousy battered deep fried chicken (exactly like a McNugget, only smaller, more pale in colored and not as tasteful). Bean sprouts. Flavorless sauce. The “Seoul Fries” were rumored to be accompanied by “Kimchee Aioli”. Good grief. Any self respecting South Korean would have thrown it straight into the trash. It was more like bottled Thousand Island dressing without a trace of garlic taste. The shrimp taco consisted of battered fried shrimp like a low end fish and chip shop would serve. Simply bloody awful. A disgraceful simulacrum of Mexican food. This restaurant is a tourist trap rip-off. Asian Fusion or Confusion?"

"Automotive shop turned microbrewery! They have a great selection of drinks and a decent amount of food options that can be made vegan. I had the vegetable dumplings and the mushroom skillet. The dumplings were tasty, but I found the mushrooms to be really oily. For dessert, they carry donuts from Mountain Rhino, but unfortunately weren’t serving the vegan one when I was there. They also have plant based ice cream."

"I stayed at the hotel for a week and ate supper here every night but one. The lasagne is great as is the burger, messy but good burger. The pizza is one of the best I have had. And the Grumpy Grizzly beer is freaking awesome. The staff, especially the male Aussie, are attentive and fun. Give it a go I say!"

"We dined outside with spectacular views of the mountains. I mean spectacular. They were obviously understaffed so the service was very slow. We were seated at 7:30 but were still finishing our dinner at 9:30 when the mosquitos drove us indoors with the sun setting....My spouse ordered a vodka martini from the bar and got what could have been no more than a half pour of vodka in a tumbler, room temperature $20). We ordered the PEI fresh oysters which didn't come out for 40 minutes. But they were good. I had the tenderloin which was excellent. My brother liked the salmon but my sister in law was not crazy about the chicken. In sum, good food but a fine dining restaurant also needs great service and a good bar, thus only 4 stars."
