"I wanted to order a 3 piece of bone at the chicken dinner. It is almost 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon, why did not cook the chicken. First, the cashier left me waiting for almost 5 minutes to see if they had chickens. She said they did it and I said, okay, I'll have the 3 pieces of bone in the chicken dinner. The cashier says I have to charge you an extra 75 cents because we only have 2 chests and one wing. I said why I'm being charged extra if I didn't ask, nor do I want two breasts. Why do I have to pay extra because you all have no chicken. She said well that our prices and it's not my fault we have no chicken I'm not the cook. She then repeats that I have to pay additionally 75 cents because they have only 2 chests and 1 wings. And I repeated myself and asked myself why I pay extra for something I wanted or wanted. Then the manager says that our prices and it will wait a 20 minutes for chicken. I said, okay, I'll wait for them to say, but our prices are what they are. I told her I understand the prices are what they are and I can read the menu. But what I don't understand is why you charge me extra for chicken I don't ask or want because you haven't cooked chicken and why wait until you cook out of chicken more. I decided to go because the cashier and the manager understood my point. If you offer a product, you should have it readily available and if you do not Your customer should not have to pay extra for bad management. And why did they cook only 2 chests and 1 wings on Saturday night at 5:30. I'm not back."

"This place is actually full of “Simple Goodness!” Good place to stop going to TN. The steak was very delicate and well paired with the potatoes. The whole food was great, but our favorite part of the meal was the "Cookies and Cream" desert, which is a very large chocolate chip cookie with a large pot of ice cream with chocolate sauce and caramel-drozzle. The atmosphere is an upscale culinary experience in a well-preserved historical building with some modern works of art."

"What do I think of El Ranchero in Dalton, GA? It's time to put this place on the map ladies and gentlemen! Outstanding results from this place from the decor, friendly staff, drinks, food, and the karaoke room was spot on. Shout out to my server Wendy who made my dessert out of corn instead of flour because I am gluten intolerant. Wow! Now that is some customer service right there folks. I highly recommend this place if you are in town or in the surrounding areas. I will be bringing a group for karaoke night soon. The salsa is the best I have had to date. It has the right flavoring and hotness to please anyone. My score of El Ranchero is 12/10"

"I have just had the chicken and beef dinners delivered today. They said 14.00 and it came exactly on time. Both meals were absolutely gorgeous. I loved the way it was all served in separate compartments and what a bonus I can reuse the reusable tubs they came in. Everything tasted freshly cooked. The food wasn't too hot but it didn't spoil it putting it in the microwave for a minute. Will be using again very soon."
