"I'm often past this place, but I never noticed the inn. Perhaps it is on the high hedge that surrounds the plot with the large parking lot. A very friendly couple of Manching, who recently sat at dinner in another place at our side table, recommended the Edelweiss. They came to this inn through their voucher brochure. Actually, the noble white was full tonight. After the service had asked us if we had a voucher booklet, everything was clear to me. The ambience is simple and clean. The service was alone and had all hands full to do. Flott, but still very friendly and attentive. The menu is clear. On three large printed pages you will find soups, appetizers, vegetarian dishes, fish and meat dishes. We started today with a bread soup (2,00 Euro). They looked impressive. A lot of roasted black bread in a good homemade broth with some onions. Tastefully the bread soup was very carefully seasoned. As a kick, I could have imagined a fresh garlic. Also a small decoration, maybe a parsley. The many breads absorbed the broth relatively quickly, so that the soup finally got a fairly pasty consistency. The Swammerl with bread dumplings (9.80 euros) was served in a pan and looked pretty. The two bread dumplings had a darker color as a semmelknödel and were also somewhat firmer. Pure external liver dumplings similar confusing. The seedlings with cream sauce tasted excellent and were beautifully decorated with fresh parsley and a piece of red Pakrika. The pig Steak after Zigeuner Art (10,00 Euro) should have been a neck steak, a single small flax let me guess. But the meat was tender and covered with fresh pieces of red and green peppers. The red sauce based on tomatoes was called pikant in the map, although this is a relative term. I felt it was more than normal. The frits were remarkable, which were added separately in a small bowl. Different in size and shape, unique homemade from fresh potatoes. Excellent in taste. Conclusion: The Gasthaus Edelweiss offers a simple but tasty kitchen. The dishes are freshly prepared, the prices are good."

"The restaurant in the furniture grinder is located on the top floor and besides the customers of the furniture business is also a contact for the many small companies in the commercial park. The view from the window is great. Ambience: There are three rooms where you can take your food: The large master room is modern furnished, dark furniture, dark parquet flooring, the seating areas dark red padded. A kind of breakfast room held in light green tones and in front of a smaller room in colonial style with clubs. Cleanliness: After leaving the guests, the tables are wiped off evenly moist. The rooms also make a clean and well maintained impression. On the left there are various drinks. Continue clockwise, then follow the station with soups and hot sausages. Then the market kitchen is prepared with daily changing daily meals, naturally seasonal and traditional. On this day there were tubers with Remoulade and Bratkartoffeln (6.95 euros). Next comes the grill. The offer ranges from classic carving to curry sausage to steaks from barbecue. You can also get various sauces and supplements here. A large salad buffet is directly opposite. And finally there is a big cake and ice cream counter. The kitchen team behind the counter is friendly and accommodating and will be happy to advise the guest when selecting the dishes. There are hardly waiting times. Food: Today I had the pleasure of carving Viennese art (6.75 euros) with frits. From appearance, a shaped carving, but delicate and juicy as well as good in taste. There was a salad leaf with cranberries and a lemon slice. The frits were of golden brown color and the fat was well drained. Outside slightly crispy and inside soft and from good taste to potatoes. That's it! In fresh vegetables I could not resist and placed a small plate (3.70 euros) together with rose cabbage, cauliflower and beans. The vegetables were fresh and aromatic, of course still bit-resistant. The strong green colour of the beans indicates that they were briefly quenched in ice water after cooking.
