"Some of the staff unsure about menu- asking me if the 3 course menu was on today, ?I thought I was the customer lol. Punched the wrong thing, had to be refunded then pay again. Then when the waitress came to serve the food had asked “Have you already found the cutleries on the side (of the restaurant)?” as if we should already know where it is and that we are expected to get it for ourselves when no one really told us. Carrots are withered, broccolli tasted pfftt and blueberry compote on waffle tasted like Calpol."

"We had a lovely experience here! A fantastic small business, fresh food and good service. We ordered the whole chicken and chips and the chicken is the best Portuguese chicken I’ve ever had. The chips were deathly made and amazing even the salad was fresh and crisp. The deserts are even better freshly made beautiful cakes and pastries and lovely coffee Highly recommended for an authentic Portuguese experience"

"The rosendale is a large local pub a short walk from the west norwood station. it has a good garden with a tabletop. in the inner there are many sitting opportunities, although I would recommend to book if they go to the washing food. <br br br br >/ in the upper floor there are rooms for rent, the larger (can not remember the names) is beautifully decorated, light and airy. that would be. perfect for compiling min editions). <br br>/ I came to Sunday dinner with a group of friends here. I had a bloody mary and a roast beef. the bloody mary was very unseasonal so I improved it myself with extra tabasco, salt and meerrettich and it went very nice down. there was only a short waiting time for the food after we had ordered what was nice when we were starving. they had a nice selection of veg and it came with slices of bark and a Yorkshire doll. some may think that the meat content is a bit punctual, but I was pretty happy with the meat-to-veg ratio. not the best Sunday dinner in london, but I like the relaxed atmosphere here."

"Placed an order asked for Prawn Korma, the order was not only 1.30 minutes late but on placing the order I asked for a Prawn Korma and I had to look for the Prawns I ordered but it was like looking for a needle in an haystack as the so called Prawns were nothing but SHRIMP. I called the company to ask why I was sent shrimps and not Prawns .... the rude individual that answered the phone told me they were Prawns but I do know the difference between Prawns and Shrimps and it’s an absolute joke to be charged 26.00 and never even received the onion salad... when I said I was going to google they said please do... well if you want to be charged for shrimps then please go ahead and waste your money. There was more sauce then anything else... TOTAL RIP OFF.... I’m not mean but I expect to get what I pay for....."

"I ordered 2 chicken burgers 1 single 1 double both with chips and salad £10 I got home literally 5 mins ago they both singles and tiny bits of chicken and really rubbish the chips went in the bin because they was soggy and crap I'm so pissed off"

"If you pass in front of this establishment, you will barely notice it or definitely you would not expect much judging by the dated look, but I think it is the most authentic Portuguese restaurant in London. Portions are huge and ridiculously cheap! I recommend the T-bone steak, and a bottle of Vinho Verde to wash it down. Very friendly service from Antonio also"
