"Yet a chic, stylish local with Italian espressobar and Mediterranean modern elements as well as rustic vault. the concept of pre-operators to offer qualitatiw high-quality Mediterranean cuisine and small things that protrude from the anhaltinian unit brewery has failed. the new operators with a regional experience in gastronomy retain the proven beverages, the spatial features and the terrace, but now in the kitchen they are always on the more lush locally accepted ostalgies and almost everywhere. a fine change less in the city. we tried out and looked back at the place that is also humanly a bit grounded. friendly burschikos bond; our space lacks free outside spaces alone in the cellar arch. an iron seasonal sparing announced on the outer table as well as the usual regional home cooking with some curious rough carvings like the spaghetti and cheese baked pigeon. we chose the pork “Schnitzel Würzfleisch” with hearty spices and goat cheese baked, with potato corners and fresh garden salad (16.50€) as well as carving with spaten (cold about 250g, salt potatoes and brown butter (15.50 €). the finely prepared flour was on the table after almost 30min; until then we drove with krombacher (0,4l 3,70€ water (0,2l 2,20€) and a neat thurgau (0,2l 4,30€ . Now what should I say: neat rustic house cooking quite lush and less subtle. well cut, but sometimes little individually also with regard to spice. a neat piece of meat without any adjustments in the first case with old seasoned meat and if I cooked myself I cannot judge (3.5* the economic ok very natural as well as the little seasoned (normal salt potatoes with good butter sauce (3*. facs: beautiful environment, solid gastronomy, nice people but not more expensive are sold here."

"Verified 2020: Cod and Bachforelle awarded on 16.06.2020! General Our highlight in the otherwise gastronomic but somewhat uniform and subcooled Anhaltinian Quedlinburg! And there were many attempts here to pamper our appetite with cheaper (unity mass instead of class) (because the customer Geiz is horny; the more ambitious shops go (next guests, money and pleasure, which often wanted to be more than skillful. Food: An extensive map with interesting fish dishes, some (meat classics (you can not take off here without Soljanka and sausage, etc.), as well as fresh offers from tables, some of the creative and varied offer and yet exciting! Healed butter fillet with potato pulp (13.60€ : Fresh, perfectly seasoned, crispy roasted, with handmade salad dress and homemade, buty pure 3 plentiful fillets better than with nuts! Mediterranean grill plate with plastered vegetables (crisp and sustainably seasoned, roasted potatoes (perfect crispy) as well as simple fish! Pleasantly presented and beautifully decorated. Ambience: The beer garden is well maintained, sophisticated landscape garden and the restaurant is harmoniously elegant. A small pond with (living fishing sea atmosphere. Cleanliness: As a fur from the egg and controls exemplarily. Conclusion: Many others can (and should pack or take an example). Excellent, highly recommended gastronomy without East-Muff or tourist program."
