"Anyone traveling in northern Brandenburg or in Mecklenburg will tell you the food can get pretty boring fast. If you happen to be in the beautiful town of Rheinsberg, you can get a break from fried pike and have a very nice meal. Not at...the level of Berlin fine dining of course, but a nice meal."

"We were at the hotel restaurant in Steakhouse. We both ate a rum steak. I had a kiln potato and my friend with beans and a mushroom cream sauce It was literally incredibly delicious, I never had such a good steak and I was already in some steak restaurants. What I found a little bad (just 4 stars) was the behavior of the service. You don't have to laugh about guests. But good. Otherwise the service was great. I give 4 stars, the food was really great. The cook understands his craft very well"

"Food top, homemade chicken nuggets the highlight for the niece (to their disadvantage they have to share). Also the other dishes were super delicious. atmosphere and kindness very good. But now to the 2 stars draw. Last year we wanted to return again when we were on the return journey (small detour we liked to have accepted). Yesterday the same drama. We were on holiday nearby and wanted to eat here before going home. For this we were able to complete the extra 4 hours after check-out from the hotel in Rheinsberg, although we had already seen everything there. When we arrived, unfortunately only the dog looked through the fence while the shield was closed for 2 weeks. The end of the holiday thus somewhat spoiled. If we try it for a third time when we're in the area, I don't know. The food and the store would be worth it. Then only after call. Or the owners simply use the Google function and place on holiday. I know from my own experience that only a few clicks are necessary for this. That would have saved us 4 hours and 10 km of detour."

"How were today on a bike tour from forstenberg to rheinsberg and needed a break. we saw the sign for the wood carvings. because the building looked very like veb restaurants, we first wanted to drive the three kilometers further to rheinsberg, but then turned around, the bikes closed and put us in the beer garden. and then the big surprise: whiteworse with brezens (only critique point: the leaf petersilie in the water missed), Bavarian sensational. as someone who travels at least once a month to the heart of the augustinus. we are back on this holiday."
