I notice that one of the server. offered to add Parmesan cheese and was a block with the hands. small corner used bathroom experience. not recovered."

"Just a short trip from San Felipe will net you a great breakfast. We discovered this place in 2009 and visit it often for Sunday breakfast. It is clean, easy to find parking, and the service from the Lopez family is great. The food? VERY GOOD. My wife loves the chile relleno omelet, I prefer the pancakes with nuts. I also had them fix sliced potatoes with green peppers and onions. We go back frequently. You will not be disappointed."

"There are apparently two restaurants with this name; this one is in the municipality of Soledad de Graciano Sanchez in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. It is quite a large space with outdoor dining as well as a large open, but covered, space. It rained while we were there, so we know that there is good protection from the elements. The restaurant has a great menu, but the specialty is the "parillada" (grilled meats); this is a "must-try", but be advised that it serves about four persons. We were served absolutely the most tender steaks (T-bone) that I have ever had; there were also roasted potatoes and other vegetables on the grill. The grill is brought to the table and one is served family style. If you are not stuffed, ask the server to bring the dessert tray; they are made locally for the restaurant.There is a good selection of beers, wine and tequila.Pancho's is highly recommended for the quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the genuine friendliness of the host and servers.Pancho's is a bit out of the way for the usual tourist; but do give it a try if you have a car."

"Palm pockets of the sky with almost every filling potatoes, shredded beef, nopalitos, Rajas, eggs and salsa. The order is simple as soon as you find a seat, fill out how much of everything you want (like sushi). Fresh juices and flavored waters, sopis with cheese and cream and very affordable. Family belonged and was there for a while. Can't wait to go back!"

"Even though by tradition the best day to visit this place is on Sunday, you can go any other day, these are by far the best gorditas in San Luis Potosi, they offer quesadillas and sopes as well. You can also order a fresh orange, carrot or mixed (orange and carrot) juice.The only con is that it's too crowded sometimes that it could take from 15-25 mins to serve."
