"I ordered the steak tacos and my wife ordered fake chorizo eggs Benedict. Her food was amazing she said so that's why I gave three stars. The steak tacos were bad, steak was very bland and over cooked, rubbery taste. I wouldn't say this is a bad restaurant but will definitely say don't order the steak here. Maybe I'll try the eggs next time but for now it's a 3 star for me. Pay parking on street, small dining area, friendly staff."

"Nandos has always be a favourite of mine. I love that the chain is available around the world. Each location has a unique vibe. This time I scoped out the Dixie location and it was very cozy, and inviting.Service by the staff was phenomenal, this is usually the first thing I notice. The space is very colourful and many families and groups were present during the time I went, which was late in the evening. You know it’s good when the restaurant is busy until the end. The ambience is causal and colourful.I thought the portions were really generous, which included the Peru peri Mac and cheese, coleslaw and rice. I got the mango lime flavour on chicken. The chicken was done well and I asked if the mango lime came in a bottle and they didn’t have any which I hope they think about having because it’s so good!The peri peri Mac and cheese was the new item and it was pretty mild yet comforting. The coleslaw could be done better however still added a nice balance.The pasteis de nata was also a very comforting treat and was served warm. Cutlery was self service how’ve everything was very easy to navigate. Plenty of parking available and transit is nearby.I know I’ll definitely be back again to get my fix! Such a great experience with Yelp!"

"Went for Valentine’s Day, the area was a corporate place, but inside was nice. The appetizer we got was “antipasto di maro” which was basically grocery store bought calami from the pickled section. So basically you can get that at your nearest loblaws. nothing special. Meal was ok, tasted good but my steak was wayyyyy to over cooked and the waiter never even asked how I want my steak cooked. My husband’s plate was veal and it was over cooked and dry. I wouldn’t go again. And in terms of bread, it’s stale and cold and just drizzle a bunch of olive oil and balsamic over it. The least you can do is give out good bread! Like how are you getting away with your random slices? For people that claim “fine Italian dining” need to step it up and get better more elite food. Not worth your"

"Tried BBQ Chicken for the first time, I thought it will be a nice alternative to Galito's and Nando's but I am very wrong. It taste like Costco roasted chicken that You can get for $8. Not bad, but definetely not at par with Galito's and Nando's Chicken... maybe because Mario's chicken is not grilled in coal? no smokey flavour and very bland taste...won't buy again."

The staff are friendly and the food tastes great : The portion sizes are extremely generous which is great considering you pay the same at other shawarma places but get such small portions of meat and rice. This place really packs your container full of food!I got a small mixed dinner plate as well as a small chicken dinner plate and we had enough leftovers to eat another whole meal! This place is definitely worth your money. 100% recommend :"

"I wanted to go to Chicken land ever since I loved into this neighborhood! Then a few weeks later, a tragic event happened (and my condolence BUT they are back! I just ordered wing special deal the other day and it was delicious. It was freshly fried, rather than frying up the old batch. Limited sauce choices but better than 100 sauce selections. I ordered BBQ and Honey Garlic, I loved it! Going to try out more sauces next time! I really hope locals visit this place and support this family running business! Price is very reasonable for the portion (especially if you do the daily special deal! So give them a try!"
