"Price are too high for what is served. Presentation of dishes looks perfect even if the ambiance of the restaurant is absolutely out of date and too dark.I asked for a rare tenderloin, served with homemade rōsti and herbs butter, vegetables. Thank' Heaven I ask the meat rare otherwise, it would be inedible, if that was a tenderloin I ask my self how it would be to eat a shoe sole. Potatoes, herbs-butter and vegetables were good.My family asked among others for an extra French fries dish. We received it, immediately at first saw you cold say that they must have been very old frozen fries throw directly from a freezer to the hot oil. You know when you store your food in a freezer and the frost burns/dehydrates the surface of your food, because or it has been inadequately stored or it stored from long time? Exactly it looks like that, it may append at you home, but not in a restaurant! A nice presentation of a dish cannot replace the quality of ingredients, that in Gasthof Rossli are missing. I would rather concentrate my attention on authenticity with a sane touch of modesty that on decoy especially if you don't remember the essential hygienic rules about storing food."
