"Firstly, the food is great. Really, great in fact. I have not had a bad meal from this restaurant.Issue is the service. I have ordered 4 times and every single time there has been something wrong with the order.This time. We ordered several meals for our staff at work. Of course we were missing a sandwich and side. Happy to report everyone else enjoyed their meal but I didn't get anything.To Joe Hollywood's credit they prepared and delivered the meal but they already took 50 minutes to make the order when I was told 30. So, while they definitely will make a mistake right, it doesn't help me when my lunch break is already over when I get my food.With time they will probably improve but as it stands right now it's been a roll of the dice every time for me."

"Lovely young woman who served me went above and beyond to explain the gluten free options. I wanted a milkshake, and I usually have to ask if the flavouring is gluten free but she even let me look at the ingredients listing. I can also say that the fries are excellent. I like the poutine fries, Canadian style with gravy and cheese on the fries (gravy is not gluten free though). Delicious. I am not overly fond of the burgers stick to the fries and milkshakes. They also offer almond milk and soy ice cream to make the milkshakes vegan."

"I'm absolutely thrilled BL burgers opened up in Parramatta ! Now i can enjoy one of my favorite burgers closer to home! Since store opening, i've visited twice and i don't plan on stopping. The burgers here are just like the ones i've enjoyed in circular quay but obviously this is more 'take away style'. The service is quick and the burgs are certified juicy."
