"Duffers Chip Wagon Travels to quite a few special events locations. for the most part they are parked in Tweed Memorial Park. They have quite an extensive menu.The service is fast, courteous and the food is yummy. The prices are pretty good and will not break the bank. The milkshakes are awesome and the ice cream is a pretty good sized scoop. No matter where you see their truck,,,you will find, healthy, quality and quantity at a good price. The staff is always friendly and make you want to come back time and time again."

"On our way to Ottawa from Windsor we went through Tweed and saw Tall Boy's sign so stopped for lunch. I had Chicken Caesar Wrap and my sister had Soup of the day with Fish and Chips. Both our lunches were delicious, fresh and too big to eat! Great value for our money and the friendly atmosphere was a nice change from big box places. The owner, "the Friendly Giant" is why it is called Tall Boy's. He greeted us personally and was so nice and the staff were quick and friendly as well. Tweed has a great little restaurant. PS the Caesar was awesome too!"

"Many people will be put off by the location of the restaurant in the Tweedsmuir building, but once you get over that it is a meal to be enjoyed. The food was just fantastic. We were there for Easter dinner. I had the Ham special and my wife had the Turkey. Quantities were excellent and it tasted great. The server was attentive and helpful."

"No matter when you appear on their doorstep, Janet and Lorraine formally of Colburg Ontario, make you feel welcome. While visiting their Mother, Heather Atkins, President of The Tweed Legion, they fell in love with the quaint town and instantly made an offer. Taking over an old business previously named Koolys, and making it an awesome sit down, take out, delivery, or hang about café style delicious restaurant, has been a task by itself. With its new menu featuring ALL DAY BREAKFAST and DAILY DINNER SPECIALS along with an extensive mouth watering treats for your taste buds, you find yourself wanting to return daily in order to enjoy all the wonderful food on the menu. The coffee is always fresh and bottomless. The milkshakes are to die for and get this......they are served in the shake container so you get to enjoy to the very last slurp.
