"Went for dinner with a couple of friends, we all ordered the sizzling chicken fajitas that are supposed to come with mexican rice, lettuce, cheese, gucamole, salsa and sour cream. After a hour wait for our food (we had to ask where it was) we...finally recieved our chicken fajitas which weren’t even a tiny bit sizzling on their hot plate, also their was no mexican rice, lettuce or cheese... when we asked the waitress where these toppings were, we were told that the chef was new and was doing things differently. If this was the case, then the menu should have been changed. Almost every table in the restaruant while we were there had made a complaint.. would not reccomend!!!! And to make matters worse, when the poor waitress explained to the owners what the complaint was about the owner rolled her eyes."

"We had a fantastic meal here last night. My wife had the tofu laksa, and I had chicken fried rice. Really big servings and very tasty. The Pork spring rolls were absolutely delish. Would recommend and will be back."

"Uncoordinated, poor, slow service; freezing restaurant (cold winter’s night and people sitting in coats .. excuse given, ‘it was hot earlier’ … not in the two hours we were there!); no hot water in the female toilet and no toilet paper in the male toilet; AND poor quality food starting with luke warm chicken and sweet corn soup … I won’t be making a trip back!"

"Wow what a joke.Went there for my sister in laws 21st birthday dinner, 12 of us were in attendance. The waitress took our order and a little later 3 of the 12 meals came out. We waited a little longer for the rest of the meals to come out, but it took a while so we told the 3 to eat as we didn't want them to have to wait and their meals get cold. After over half an hour later about (8-8:30) the waitress came up to us and said " I am really sorry, i lost your order receipt. If you tell me what you ordered I will get the kitchen to make it straight away for you" after a quick chat we decided we will go elsewhere as we were pretty hungry/annoyed and didn't want to wait much longer for a feed.The waitress went to the owner and explained the situation to her. The owner stormed over to our table and started yelling and abusing us and asking why we wanted to leave. My mother in law explained the we waited a little to long and we were hungry and have decided to go elsewhere. The owner yelled into my mother in laws face saying something along the lines of "what did you order?!" and went around the table yelling the same thing at everyone. Then out of nowhere she yells at one of the people who actually got their meal saying "you better be paying for that!". The owner then made the comment "all of the staff must be on drugs" then she went to the back of the building abusing the poor waitress who served us.When we went to the counter to pay for the drinks and 3 meals that were actually served to us the owner just yelled at us saying "go, just to". So we left.Later that night they posted on their Facebook page something on the lines of "Taurus would like to make a formal apology to the diners of a 21st party tonight. A mistake was made by a staff member which resulted in the dinera being unhappy and leaving without paying"I found this "formal apology" absolutely embarrassing! Taurus have made it sound like we left the restaurant without paying, which is obviously not true. Myself, my partner and one other diner from the party commented on their Facebook post defending ourselves and actually explaining what actually happened as Taurus just wanted it to sound like they didn't do anything wrong and we did a runner. Taurus has since removed the post of their Facebook. To the waitress, in no way do any of us blame you for what happened. We all make mistakes. We just hope you are okay after your boss abusing you.To the owner, you owe ALL of your staff an apology for your comment and that waitress in particular one hell of an apology.If you had of handle the situation better such as saying "im so sorry, we will make your meal top priority" or "we will discount your tab or free round of drinks or free dessert" we probably would have stayed, at very least not be so pissed off and disgusted. You have our phone number from when we booked. You could have called us afterwards and apologised instead of posting on Facebook making us look like the bad people in this scenario because you don't want to look like you did the wrong thing.I couldn't tell you if the food was any good, as I didn't get mine. Pathetic."

"Came here on a busy night and was able to get a table for 1. Staff friendly. I ordered a Steak with Pepper Sauce, Grilled corn and a Moscato wine.Had a lovely meal, only negative was that it came to about $50, which I found...pretty expensive and I didn't even get the most expensive steak.So for a table of 4+ can be a very expensive dinner."
