"The restaurants décor is funky and welcoming with magnificent views of the Dubai Museum of the future. Service attentive, knowledgeable, friendly with a sense of humor. The food was amazingly modern to take Chinese food. The appetizers were generously poured in portion size and delicious rose and beef millefeuille)I. The main course wok fried shrimps were tasty and huge shrimps... needed some green with it and the fried rice was more of a secondary dish then a main meal. I usually have fruits as a desert with Asian food. This time I had the golden fortune Mango and Cocunut with passion fruit goose it was amazing. Great wine list, too."

"I can tell FUCHIA it has Thai in my heart. If you love Thai food, that is the place you need to try. You serve authentic Thai food And the interiors are so welcoming, the selection is wide, some new style food and great drinks!. It started the meal with Thai iced tea and it was so refreshing.. What I love as much as the food there had its service. Now to get to the food;. Prawn with holy basil that is not to be missed here. Its spicy and an absolute pleasure to munch with some free jasmine rice. If you have the ability to go higher on the spicy level; Please make it. As per recommendation we tried steamed sea bass with lemon sauce, it had for the first time and absolutely loved it. From speciality try the khao soi with tofu, and this is my fav and the highlight. Egg noodles merged into creamy coconut milk with added crispy vegetables, tofu, fried noodles and cut onion ... It itself is a complete meal. Just TRY. For dessert this mango tried sticky rice without this Thai meal is incomplete. I highly recommend FUCHIA because their FOOD, FRIENDLY STAFF. And don't worry about the parking lot, they have valet parking at the front of the restaurant!!!"

"If it was possible I would give 10 stars instead of 5! Fantastic place Ambience: Restaurant is located in one of the beautiful hotels Mandarin oriental) right in the heart of Dubai. The interior is very chill and nicely decorated with an open kitchen bar in the middle. Being able how the make the drinks was very entertaining as there was so much attention to details in the process. I have never enjoyed my cocktail this much as I could see how a little touch of this ingredient and a little touch of another ingredient came together to make up this refreshing, tasty drink. There was a live DJ in the house and the selection of music was just perfect. The whole ambience had such a positive vibe to it. There is also an outdoor space with a pool with a beautiful view of the sea. Absolutely loved the place. Food: Amazing, amazing, amazing! One of the best food in Dubai. The ingredients were so fresh that me as someone who cooks a lot was wondering how they managed to find and keep the vegetables that fresh on this hot weather! The vegetables were so fresh as if u just picked them from garden 2 minutes ago. The food was very yummy , portions were just right and the presentation was superb. There was so much attention to details that was impressive . Loved the food Service: Absolutely impeccable! One of the best services in town. The staff had such a positive attitude, very polite and charming. Every single individual was a pleasure to interact with. Absolute professionals , attentive yet respecting the privacy of the guests and being able to recognize when is the right time to approach the table . Very helpful and patient. Well aware of the menu and the nature of each dish. The whole team worked harmoniously together to creat a great experience for guests . Overall: I should congratulate the management for being able to creat such an amazing experience for guests. It was by far one of the best restaurants I have been to and I highly recommend it ."
