"We have been going to Pandan since they were in Tawa. As a family who love Malaysia and local food, this restaurant is better than local Malay, we feel so lucky they are only 20 main away from Johnsonville. We celebrate as many of our family occasions here that we can. From the goat curry, to the claypot fish, it is all a heavenly delight. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$30–40"

"Very different dining experience from most places.<br/>Set meals and certain dishes are cooked right in front of you and some are interactive where you catch an egg or throw the chef something. Very unique and entertaining. As for the food, it all tastes good, cooked well and have good portions.<br/>Prices are a bit high but you pay for the experience as well as the food.<br/>Great overall experience and would definitely recommend."

"Nice place, food was lovely..entrees on the expensive side but nice all the same. Prawn ravioli was delicious as was the beetroot tartare, both good size portions as well. Beef Wellington and Poussin dish very good, Fish dish was slightly overcooked but I ambeing a bit picky but tasty all the same. Not a cheap option, total $270 for 3 entrees, 3 mains, 2 glasses wine and a lemonade..wouldn't take children but nice setting and food for that special dinner out."

"Best Hutt Valley Yum Cha in Wellington region. Good selection of seafood, vege and steam dishes. Added to that the prices are reasonable compared to Wellington and Petone offerings. The staff are always friendly and attentive."
