"We stayed here for 2 nights as it was my partners birthday. Our room was beautifully decorated with quality pieces and super.clean. Food in restaurant was delicious. Bar staff were attentive. Linda the owner was so helpful with local tour suggestions and patient with all my questions. Do visit as would highly recommended. Hope to be back soon."

"Went here after a bad experience at another restaurant in Brecon, where we left early. We were very hungry ; Had a seabars for diner, which was presented very nicely and it tasted very well. Only disadvantage: no deserts : But worth visiting."

"Chose 2 starters as a quick lunch option. Was asked THREE times whether the drink I ordered was a pint or a half!! Ordered the garlic stilton mushrooms as I’d had this before but this time there was no garlic no Stilton flavour. Duck arrancini was very dry. When I mentioned this, the excuse was oh well, different day different chef maybe!! I also think I ended up paying for a pint (even though I only had a half)! as the bill was a bit steep. Reluctant to return sorry."

"Ate here again early December food all home cooked and tasted fab. Very good social distancing measures on place. Starters home made pate goats cheese and prawn cocktail. Mains had the steak with huge home made onion rings on top.. and tow of us had the roast beef dinner. All tasted great and good size portions too. Puddings we had apple crumble and custard millionaires shortbread and had the sticky toffee puddings one with cream and the other with ice cream. All puddings home made and are so amazing... Decent wine by the bottle or glass. Amazing early doors menu available too very good value"
