"We always have crispy aromatic duck. But Happy Garden don’t know the meaning of word ‘crispy’. Sorry, but it should not be wet fatty with no flavour. It’s not a cheap appetiser either, yet they get it so wrong all the time lately. Thought maybe it was a one off, but three times was not a charm."

"We arrived to a queue but most people had already pre ordered. Whilst waiting for our order the phone did not stop ringing. The food was hot and the spice in the curry was plentiful we are glad we paid a return visit. The only downside for us was that they did not deliver to our campsite because it took 15 minutes round trip. However with food that tastes this good it was worth waiting for and collecting ourselves"

"Placed an order via website. #26746601. Order took 1hour and 50 minutes to arrive. The puree was missing from one starter and the other, King Prawn Butterfly was literally one prawn. "Sunday lunch for 6. The roast (2 turkey, 1 lamb) was beautifully cooked each with its own gravy ie not 1 type of gravy whatever you have. 1 steak and mushroom pie , a good portions and 2 children's meals. A good selection of nicely cook vegetable. The pudding menu had 5 choice (i think) and all were well presented and were top notch. The staff were all up to the mark, the speed of service was just right. If you want well cooked and presented food for a reasonable price then this is the place to be."

"I visited here with my daughter and son. Absolutely fantastic atmosphere and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the hunters chicken. The staff were polite and friendly. Will definitely be back for another visit."

"I love it when an initial apprehension is turned on its head transformed into something far beyond anything expected. We could never have anticipated how utterly yummy the food was or how it was presented. We 'd seen what we 'd wanted on their 'take out menu ' in the window f the closed pub the night before, but were lucky enough to have the last remaining portions of chicken breast filled with herby cheese in a peppercorn sauce, with a choice of such gorgeous veggies it was almost impossible to choose; we tucked in before thinking of taking a photograph! But the dessert oh my! Bliss on a plate."
