"Order via mobile app and it was submitted as of 6:01PM EST. As of 6:15PM EST still had not received food, so walked in restaurant and staff was totally oblivious like they didn't know what I was talking about. I should not have to repeat a mobile order if it pops up on screen saying mobile order!!! Next time I'll have to go on to the location that the mature adults work and know how to properly take care of the customer. Utterly ridiculous...and NO! I don't want free food, I just want them to get it right. This has not been a 1 time or occasional things, it happens regularly. Now it's time to leave the reviews. As a business owner, I truly care about what the customers have to say and always seek to improve. So what if there are staff shortages. I'm dealing with the same thing but still I deliver top rate service no matter what. McDonald's can do the same"

"This situation is absolutely unreliable. I ordered a sausage, eggs and cheesesebiskuit and they literally left the sausage patt! not only that, but it took too long to get through the drive thru to the breakfast in an inner city where many people stop to eat. service is usually bad at this place, but I needed a favorable situation this morning. never again. I'm going out of mine to avoid going into the future to this place. the dame in the window didn't tell me a single word. stop playing with the money and the time of people!"

"This is the newly-rebuilt location. They have not figured out how to serve food. This was my third visit since the location re-opened. On 2 occasions, I ordered at the kiosk, took a table number, and seated. After 10 minutes, I had to go up front and wait another 5 minutes to get my food. By that time, the food was cold. The other visit was drive-thru and everything went well."
