"We stopped by here while traveling thru Dayton. Good food. The menu has a variety of usual bbq restaurant items. There were no french fries on the menu, which is my favorite with a bbq sandwich. But they did have a really awesome baked potato with bbq,cheese, butter sour cream on it. We tried the apple butter bbq sauce and the traditional sweet bbq sauce- both were very good.They had a variety of other bbq sauces to suit different tastes. They also serve pizza later in the day- we were there in earlylunch hours on a Saturday. They also had a large tv and appeared as if it might be a gathering spot for watching sports gameswhile enjoying a meal. Good food, nice atmosphere, would definitely go back when going near the area again."

"I've been working here since August 2005, but left for a few yrs and started back in 2010 and I've been here since then. Love my costumers that are dedicated to this place. The ppl I work with are pretty cool too. We cook to profession around here, with our heart and soul! Just can't ask for a better BBQ joint in the Downtown Dayton Oregon District!! Below is our Delicious Smoked Brisket!!! ????"

"This place has really been fixed up to look great and our food was excellent. I had the ribs which were some of the best I've ever had and I've had ribs in a lot of places. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Our server was great to our kids and it was just a really nice night for our family. This is the type of place you should visit, not some awful chain restaurant."

"Perfect food and if you are spice lover don't forget to try their spicy ranch , Juicy chicken with avocado slice on classic salad and quesadilla was also perfect to taste. Server did her duty nicely by visiting us 3-4 times while we were there."

"Wow! today my spouse and I came to fatbacks who were completely exhausted to be teachers. the hospitality was amazing. as someone who has been in the industry since 2014, my meal was made so friendly by the owner and his mother. Fucked brisket. yes, yes and yes. the mac is liquid, but liquid gold! the roasted potatoes are so well seasoned. the cornbread is like and sweet, but I like this style. the portions were big enough that I had morning. the sauces were also great. the owner has done a great work that takes over this place and we will be absolutely regular. industrie tipp: we went on Tuesday this morning and it was quieter. nice to give them some business on a maybe slower evening. do the same"
