"I've been to this place many times, despite the poor service the food is quite good and reasonably priced. However on this last occasion that I went there I was had made a reservation on open table but sat in the bar high top tables and was told that because I had made a reservation through open table I was not entitled to take advantage of the happy hour menu being offered in the bar area that I was sitting in. There was something inherently wrong about that in my view . Ultimately they allowed us happy hour priced drinks but I was disappointed by the fuss they made about it."
