"We visited the Capiz bar on two occasions last week. The first one was a near disaster - room filled with flies, dirty chairs / tables, inefficient staff hanging around in stained uniforms and the manager in a pair of jeans! Apparently the management is considering the bar managers to show up in their own clothes - in my opinion a rather futile and ridiculous attempt at creating a 'casual / friendly' ambience. But since we were staying at the hotel for four days, we decided to take a leap of faith and swing by the bar again. This time however we were met with a squeaky clean space, friendly "
