"We came to this restaurant after trying local cuisine for two days in Puducherry. As being from the northern part of India, you automatically become enthusiastic when you find the food which tastes like what you eat at home. This place is extraordinary for people who like to have a taste of north Indian vegetarian dishes in white town. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering chats and main courses that will appeal to all generations of people. The staff is always ready to help, the atmosphere is lovely and the premises are near and clean. On the down side, you may have to wait a bit sometime if you're visiting on a Sunday or during the peak season."

There is a Glgappa Chaat type and Momo type at the entrance of the store. All articles are adequate and fast moving. They also offer a free tea on request. Most articles come by at 8:30. Note that Jalebi is too sweet."

"After looking at the review, some may feel like it is a bit too much, but believe me, SURGURU was the highlight of my Pondi trip. This franchise has four branches in Pondicherry itself and a hotel. <br>
The place is pretty easy when it comes to setting up. Nothing special, jazzy but functional perfect and as needed. <br>
It's the South Indian restaurant we visited 3 times in 4 days just because that's what you can count on when you are just too tired to find a new place
It's simple, with the best taste, in the menu in full South Indian, not at all heavy in your pockets, most reliable and fastest with service and to the point functional. <br>
We tried many things on the menu but the best was the baby born dose of masala and the chole puri. <br>
Let yourself go on this joint in Pondi. <br>
I guess I have less to say, but it's the most practical choice in times of time and money crisis. <br>

"We had our traditional South Indian lunch with roti, dal, rice, carrot plant, pickle, curd and reispapad. it just tastes like eating at home. this restaurant is located in an old vintage house. the ground floor is for the gallery for handmade items such as cosmetics, wallets, clothing, which is also for sale. the entire facility is managed only by women. so the food has to be brought home."

"Yes, Barbeque Nation became a right choice for us. It has no seperate hall for party but we celebrated our daughter's birthday on 11 july 2017 had around 32-35 peoples with 8-10 kids, in the evening with dinner. Dinner was best with excellent taste and services. Every guest had enjoyed the food. Yes, the service is best, each & every request they had followed. Our kids also enjoyed a lot.. Only the thing is they change their menu everytime but that's not a big problem. We expect pani puri instead of pasta as we are north Indians. But Barbeque Nation is perfect option for planning out any special occasion for tasty food. We are very thankful to the manager sir, kishor, salim and all other staff of Barbeque Nation."
