"The food was very good. A little pricey but the service was excellent. Unfortunately there was a private party going on so we had to sit downstairs in the bar area. Next time I would like to sit in the regular dining area or out on the beautiful patio."

"I was a long-term customer at this point and never had a bad experience with the food or the staff here. The food is always fresh and tasty, they are always accommodating, and is the only restaurant that I will specifically drive all the way from the Freedom Hill to order the Kaldo. The Queso is also pleasant, with a very low heat, but never slander. I always had an excellent service here, and even if there are occasional language barriers with my children, they leave each time happy."

"Delicious, original, and very kind waitstaff. My wife did the vegetarian rancheros, and I did the stuffed pepper. Portions felt just right and prices were quite reasonable. Felt like a total family style restaurant from the 90s, which was a really nice change, and everything on menu is vegetarian."

"Anyone in Austin will tell you that Tex-Mex restaurants are a dime a dozen around here. And having had very good Tex-Mex before I have high standards. As a result I avoided Cyclone as it looked very generic as far as Tex-Mex goes. I finally decided totry it out and I wish I had gone earlier. Very good food, very fast and friendly service, and a generic but fun atmosphere.Definitely recommend as one of my top Tex-Mex choices."

"I'm a super patient. Very simple. But our server was terrible. 20 minutes for our table to get menus. And it was downhill. Did the manager say twice during the meal? he couldn't have taken care of less. He never visited the table to smooth things. Punchline: We were a party of eight, so our waiter told us that he added 20% automatically to the bill and told us that we are free to leave more if we want. LOL! The food was pretty good. Beautiful surroundings on the terrace. Good Mexican martinis. Only can?t recommend considering the staff. Post Pandemmie Kater in the restaurants nowadays."
