"I am a long-standing Chipotle member, but the service and the food I received from this place was absolutely terrible and repulsive. They were sour because I didn't place my big order online, they rushed me and made every single product wrong and specifically made my whole order so sharp at the point where everyone didn't even eat their food, even they did not label each of the foods I ordered were changed. In addition, they thought I didn't speak Spanish and took the chance to talk badly about me and how I ordered online, especially the girl who rolled her eyes on me, but I surprised her when I ordered the rest of my food in Spanish. I didn't say anything at the moment because I was so overwhelmed and had to go before I made a scene, but management must know what kind of employees they have and how they treat their customers, especially the four ladies who made my food had the biggest cubits on their face. I hope her management does something about it."

"It was okay. Food wasn't as good as Frederick's website. Waiting was much longer. Food wasn't done well. Taco Tuesday was a bust. Too much sauce made taco mushy and cold. I'll try Burrito next time. People were nice. The service was not slow for any reason. However, ingredients were still very fresh. See the pictures just too much"

Was told by employee on phone that mine was the correct portion and that all other orders were “over” portioned. Four years worth? Sadly, we will not be returning.
