"Worst take out experience every. When i called to place a large order with several hours notice the first person i talked to was extremely rude and acted as if they couldn't be bothered. When i told them i did not want to place the order online because we had some very specific allergies and such, he hung the phone up one me. When i called back a young lady took our order and was extremely nice and attentive. She even took names for the order to label each persons food. When the food arrived we were missing side quesos and salsa that we asked for. I had a burrito it was supposed to have chicken in it there was none, the grilled vegetables were still raw, it was basically just rice with a little corn, raw vegies and sour cream. i am extremely disappointed."

"These prices are very student friendly. However, the guacamole is very bland and lacks lime from all things. The drink is great and the food is amazing. The only grip I have is the guacamole."

"We many times ordered from Pat's but it seems they are going downhill on their food.Before this visit we had a white pizza with broccoli and ricotta that was tasteless and steaks smaller in size that were with fried onions and frankly no taste.This last visit we had another big order bc Grandson wanted to order Pat's. Again your sandwiches decreased in size and fries were dry.Your prices are also high to what you get and will never order from you again until you get the quality back bc even proportions are down.We use to enjoy our daughter's visits on weekend bc we treated all to takeout from Pats.Its no longer something to look forward too after yesterday's order."
