"I hired the El Coyote taco truck to come to my house for a party a few weeks ago. I couldn't have made a better decision!! My guests absolutely LOVED the food, the service, and the fun concept. I LOVED the convenience of no shopping, cooking, cleaning for dinner for 30+ people!! I tried to find out the winning menu item from my guests, but all the choices were winners carnitas tacos, steak quesadilla, vegetarian burritos,.... I highly recommend them for a party, and I will be doing it again. And if you're just in the area of the Sonoma Plaza and need a bite in between wine tasting, that's your stop!"

"A wonderful choice in the Sonoma region! We dined as a large group with a reservation ahead of time. Several of us were a bit displeased that the hostess did not inform us (or ask us) that we will be seating outside. Most of the outdoor dining area has warmers. However, the one spot we were sat at had one warmer next to one seat that felt barely warm even to direct touch. The remainder of us were even colder than the one person who sat right in front of it, and even she remarked that it was not doing much. We noticed there was a large section that had a trellis of some kind with attached heaters on top, with plastic window treatments to hold the heat in. We looked on with envy lol! The service itself was fine, the drinks and food came out in reasonable time, and most of the food was good. I say good, but not mind blowing. I ordered a pasta dish for myself; it was in a small bowl that was about the size of my children's bowls. Delicious pasta but the cheese portion was a bit too stringy/tough. My husband ordered the burger and was underwhelmed. The bun was tasteless and the meat was forgettable. We had a few appetizers beforehand, including the beets, which were cut too big. I give 4 stars because the place has a beautiful atmosphere, there's plenty of parking, the drinks are gorgeous and yummy, and the service is quite nice. We probably just ordered the wrong things--we didn't get the lobster pot pie (which they're known for) and because we were in a large group, we couldn't get the tasting menu (not everyone wanted it, and everyone at the table must get it if ordering)."
