"Nice spot with a great view and vibe!! Live DJ adds to the overall energy. This place stayed busy while we were there. Service was moderately slow, but doable as there was plenty of people to watch walking by to kill time. Food was fresh. I had thepeel-n-eat shrimp and blackened mahi-mahi sandwich. The shrimp weren't overcooked and I liked the taste of white wine in thebroth. ????The fish was a bit too spicy for me, but would be good for someone who appreciates a lil more spice than I do. I alsofelt the sandwich needed a sauce or slaw or chutney... something... to meld the sandwich together more. But still..not a badsandwich. Fries got that extra extra crunch.... that was bomb! Spinach dip was awesome. Fettucine Alfredo was nice, wish thesauce was a little creamier. oh yeah...I like that each waitress had their own individual style while having to wear allblack. All looked amazing!!"

"It was my first time at this restaurant, I was curios after seen chef Todd English advertising on tv. since we had a reservation, we got seated right away,but it was the first table when you walk in,too busy area and table was too high,we felt like kids. Place was too loud,presentation of food was mediocre as well as taste,menu was not inviting,no specials either.Thanks to our server Hector,who was outstanding,but even dessert was a disappointment. Not driving that far again."

"I really dislike when restaurants are not fair when it comes to being equal fair. They told my brother that he could not wear a hoodie in the restaurant when there was already 2 people in the restaurant wearing hoodies in perfect view of the front reception desk. We come to Mastro's almost once a month and have never heard anybody tell us anything about what we wear. We wear hoodies all the time here. The dine out Fort Lauderdale menu was cool, just felt like they didn't want to serve us."
