"Parking lot very crowded parking. small room with vegetable tables. they've beaten us. we have ordered for 4 people. seems like everyone's been eating in front of us. it looks like our fan didn't work while we always came to the face when cooking foods smoke. small side not enough for 4 people. we finished the whole meat and asked for more. we had to pay extra. No, you can eat everything. So the bill was like $150. it was good .yes, I'll be back, don't know."

"I went to Asa Ramen hoping to find another magnificent version, but I was sadly despised. We started with a beautiful tofu salad, which was a beautiful block of solid creamy tofu, covered with livered green onions, bonito flakes and a beautiful soy-based dressing. That was one of my favorite dishes of the night. A well-prepared appetizer of fried chicken wings was followed, which were crispy on the outside with delicate juicy dark chicken meat on the inside. It wasn't fat and I thought it was an excellent combination of ivory and crispy. It came with a few baby-greens and a little doll of Mayonaise, that was another winner in my book. After that we were a bit of a yam and green onion in ponzu dish, that was very slim and not terribly aromatic like a room temperature mochi without taste. No one found this particularly appealing due to its consistency and lack of taste. And finally, the soup that was accumulated in so many records was extremely salty. I added a good pair of tablespoons of crushed garlic and a few hot sesame oil I had requested and that helped a little, but it still remained too salty for my taste. I had also hoped to take the left over the soup home and throw a potato to get out of the salt, but the waitress said no recess was allowed, so I felt like I left most of my soup because it was too salty and it was not allowed to take it home and repair it. I should have sent it back. If you're looking for the right thing and a delicious soup, I want you to try Santuko."

"First of all, the service here was super friendly and welcoming! Love the way they greet their customers. The servers were also very attentive and quick to bring us our food. We got the eel over rice, hakata ramen (thick base and heavy oil) which was really tasty. Also added an egg and pork belly to the ramen because how could one not?! The misubi did not disappoint either. Overall very solid establishment and would definitely revisit."

"JAPAN Excerpt from Eat the World Los Angeles: One ramen spot just north of the 405 on Western that serves sublime bowls is Asa Ramen, a place that intricately makes you feel like you have stepped back in time at least a couple decades. Even the cigarette smells wafting in from the connected karaoke/hostess cafe next door make it seem a long time ago. But what is better than five or ten years ago, at least from the customer's point of view, is that the weekend waiting lists are hardly a thing and the influencers (the new hipsters) have moved on."

"Best ramen I've ever had! They had awesome customer service and came every few minutes for water refills and to check up on us! Everything came out perfect and was outstanding! I loved the atmosphere and the seating they had! Not many places have a lot of bench space but their benches were super roomy and very long which is definitely appreciated! Also for 4 people and what we ordered the bill was not expensive at all! Well worth it!"
