What User likes about Ramen Shack Takumiya:
You gotta make good ramen to make it in the extremely competitive South Bay ramen fighting ring, and Takumiya can hold their own quite well, offering excellent tonkotsu ramen. My only critical comment would be that the egg was completely hard boiled, while it is much better to have a somewhat liquid yolk. Such a nice date spot. Simple menu of delicious choices for all diners. Intimate atmosphere. I was blown away by the flavors.
