"Great restaurant on site. During our recent visit I had the 14 Oz Ribeye cooked for perfection, delicate and tasty. My wife had the honey glazed salmon and she really liked it. It was good, but if I had ordered it myself, I would have asked to leave the honey glaze, it was a little sweet for my taste. Salad bar was fresh and tasty not a wide selection of items, but the clamps such as salad, spinach, tomatoes, onions, pepper, cheese, pasta salad, inlaid beets and more. Blue cheese dressing was really good. Good beer selection and my wife loves the special drinks like Engel Essen cake martini . One of our companions had the Cowboy Ribeye it looked so good that I had to take a photo."

"The food was delicious, the servers and staff are all very friendly and go along with my dad's jokes. Their pizza is delicious, their homemade ranch I could eat by itself, the island wraps and philly my family loves, and the pasta is always a great choice! Huge portions, you come hungry and leave happy!"

"Went for happy hour, ordered the pulled pork sandwich, small caesar salad, and the cheesy garlic bread. The pear quesadilla sounded interesting so we got it too. The pulled pork was good overall, salad was good, lots of cheese. The cheesy garlic bread we wished there was more garlic (didn't really taste it) and the pear quesadilla we wished had a stronger pear taste, you could see the slices though."

"Prices went up by five dollars a pizza here at the end of 2022 (particularily relating to the cupon on a three topping large). And the quality has seemed to have gone down at this particular establishment in quality by the same amount the price has goneup."

"I come in pretty often with my family to eat here. I felt the need to leave a review for this past time because it was one of the very best restaurant experiences ever! Our server Mamye made our night out so great. She went above and beyond. Literally the best server I've ever had. I will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend asking for her! The food is super yummy as well! Loved the OMG chicken!"

"Loved it! Pleasant outdoor patio. We ordered the deep dish mushroom and cheese pizza. The dry cornmeal crust contrasted wonderfully with the richer filling. Decent beer selection tho a few were out on the day we visited. Also split a salad which was good tho not as standout as the pizza."

"I recently had the pleasure of hosting the Monte Vista Men's basketball auction at Norm's Place in downtown Danville, and I can confidently say it was a night to remember! We booked their private room, which recently opened and it was a STATEMENT! From the impeccable service to the amazing cuisine, every aspect of our event exceeded my expectations! Gerry, the manager at Norm's Place, deserves special recognition for providing stellar service throughout the evening. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our event ran smoothly were truly commendable. Gerry and his team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The staff at Norm's Place was nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism and friendliness added to the overall positive atmosphere of the event. It was evident that they were dedicated to ensuring every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the buffet, which boasted a mouthwatering array of dishes. The short ribs were tender and flavorful, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the stuffed mushrooms were a delightful surprise. The mashed potatoes and veggies complemented the main courses beautifully, offering a well-rounded and satisfying dining experience. To top it all off, the dessert—fruit à la mode—was a showstopper.
