"Decent food but quite expensive. Pizza can be customised to be made vegan (vegan mozzarella costs an extra $3) and there is a pasta option. The pasta option was very nice, fresh pasta with a tomato sauce, mushrooms, olives, artichokes, and spinach. Large portion sizes"

"Saturday night dinner at Zucchini Brothers for three of us. We decided to concentrate on the specials and what a good decision that turned out to be. We started with the mozzarella from Nelson salad. Not as good as the Clevedon Buffalo mozzarella but still very good. That was followed by the prawns, asparagus and lemon spaghetti which was sublime and we will be back to try that dish again! Another advantage of Zucchini Brothers is that you can take your own wine so we raided the wine cellar and a 2001 Sesti Brunello and a 2004 Barolo. Only down side with the restaurant is that it can get quite noisy and the artworks boring."

"Our absolute favorite pizza place in Dunedin. The weekly specials have quickly become our go to and I especially love their wings in the 5 boroughs sauce. Best wings in the area by far. Amazing customer service, quick delivery, and always a delicious meal. Highly recommend. Added my two personal favorite specials they have ran crab Rangoon and the flaming hot chicken mac n cheese. Chefs kiss. Give them a try"

"Madison Avenue is the BEST! If you?re looking for unique Pizza options with a phenomenal crust and friendly team members look no further! Treat yourself to some toasted ravioli while you wait and watch your pizza get made in-front of you! The Pickle pizza, Cuban pizza, Chick-fil-A pizza, Italian sub just to name a few are spectacular ! Just wow!!! Keep an open mind you will be pleasantly surprised about how well it works! Don?t even get me started on the Green bean casserole pizza that was beyond fantastic !!! The Stromboli is pretty on point too! My hubby and I love trying the pizza specials ! Never a dull moment!"

"The place, people and presentation were top notch. I was hungry, so went for the 8 course. It was all very beautiful to look at, but missed the super yum melt in your mouthness, I expect from these types of menus. The pork belly/ Chop was super tough, but the black pudding scone was super flavorful. My venison was cooked nice but still super chewy. I loved the consumé w the fish but the fish was a tad dry Maybe that's how those meats are supposed to be. I love a good creme brulee, but their oatie version seemed a bit dry. Again, everyone was lovely and I wanted to love it, but didn't."

"Imagine going into the home of an Italian grandpa and having him cook you an amazing dinner. First he brings out a cart, and on this cart he has appetizers and all the proteins fresh and available for you to choose from. You choose your appetizer (if you want one), your meat, your pasta and your sauce. Then he goes back into the kitchen and makes it up for you, to order. How much would you pay for that? This isn't a big restaurant, there isn't a fully staffed kitchen in the back, its primarily Gaetano. He's cooking what you decided on fresh for you, what you picked from the ingredients that are fresh today. This isn't big chain dining, its not even what you get at most family owned local restaurants. This is slow food. This is personal food. This is food that takes time. It's not quick, its not cheap, and its the closest thing to a home cooked Italian American meal you will ever get outside of family or a personal chef. Yes, the dining room is dated, but so is this kind of personalized old world cooking- where there's no menu and every dish is custom made to order. I'm 3rd generation Italian American. This is REAL italian American cooking. Gaetano is a treasure, please respect him and treat him like one."

"This needs to be corrected. I have read other reviews and some people are getting mixed up with the two Leo’s 1. Leo’s in Palm Harbor is the new one. Leo is the owner and he sold the Leo’s in Dunedin. 2. The Leo’s in Dunedin is great. There is a new owner but the name has remained the same. They have a new chief and the food is fantastic. Fresh hot rolls right from the oven. I have eaten there for the last 6 weeks looking to see if I would get a bad meal. I have not. Karen the waitress has been great with the service. Please drop by and try the pizza or any other dish. I give it 5 stars. RFK"
